Junior Theatre Inc.
Junior Theatre Inc. is a volunteer, non-profit board, dedicated to supporting the mission of Davenport Junior Theatre, which is now in its 59th year of operation.

The Davenport Junior Theatre mission includes fostering self-confidence, friendship, responsibility, creativity, fun and inclusiveness within our students, both in drama classes and onstage. Our mission on the board is to support the program through volunteer efforts and fundraising for needed improvements for the theater and programs.

Board meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm in Cottage 16 at the Annie Wittenmyer Complex in Davenport. The general public is welcome to stop by and see what we’re about. In addition to the board is an organization known as The Friends of Junior Theatre, made up of volunteers who are willing to help as needed a few hours a week (or month) serving on one of our many committees. Included in this organization are parents and family members of Junior Theatre students and other interested people throughout the Quad Cities who enjoy being part of the magic of children‘s theatre. There are no regular meetings involved to be a Friends volunteer, and any amount of time that a volunteer can give is greatly appreciated.
