Spring Break Performing Arts Camp 2011
Davenport Junior Theatre wants to turn your Spring Break into the adventure of a lifetime! Students are grouped by age and collaborate on the creation of their very own scripts, while learning about props, costumes, and lights. Students travel around the Performing Arts Complex, exploring improvisation, musical theatre, make-up, the life of a professional actor, and more! Everything ends with a performance in the Nighswander Theatre on Friday afternoon from 4:00pm - 5:15pm. Family and friends are invited to attend for free. Students bring their own lunch and water bottle. Junior Theatre supplies two snack breaks throughout the day. Join us as we provoke your child’s imagination like never before!

March 28 – April 1 / Monday – Friday / 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Early drop-off 7:30 AM and/or late pick-up by 5:30 PM is an additional $20 for the week (WIN501027)
* Students must plan to attend the whole week in order to be involved in final performance.

Mime Workshop
Bradley "Bing" Ingersoll, professional mime for over 20 years, will be leading a special one day workshop! This unique opportunity will help students build the skills necessary to accomplish an imaginary world out of thin air. These skills apply to all forms of theatre and in everyday communication. Workshop concludes with a small demonstration for family and friends from 6:15-6:45. There are a limited number of slots, so enroll today!
